Besides strength training and cardiovascular training using the many, many machines and equipment we have in our facility, there are other training methods to condition the body, most of which are related to some sort of sport, whether it be hockey, football, soccer, swimming, cycling, running etc. available in our open training room. These training tools can also be used for anyone who wants to add a new challenge to their workouts.
Our new open training room is perfect for plyometrics, skipping, balance training, agility training, indoor cycling, and more. This room is available to any member, at any time, at no extra charge.
