“My name is Mike Archer. I live in Port Colborne with my wife. I have 3 daughters. I have been a member here for over 20 years. When I first joined the gym it had no name. I suggested Gino and Mikes Gym. Gino liked it but shortened it up a bit. Sorry Matt! We have been very lucky to have Gino Spada stick with it for so many years, giving us all a place to workout. I guess if he didn’t own the gym he may have needed to get a real job. We in Port Colborne do not have many things, but what we do have are gems. The gym is a gem. In a couple of weeks I will be turning 56 years old. I do not physically feel any different then I did when I was 35. I can still participate in any sport I want. Unlike many of my friends I do not have a pill box. Thank you G&M Fitness for that.
