Nearly 30 years in the fitness industry as a health club owner and operator has made me realize that the single most important thing we can offer our customer is individual, personal attention. With that in mind, we decided several years ago to change the way we do business. A large part of our focus for the first thirteen years or so was group fitness or group exercise classes. We found ourselves so involved and even somewhat consumed by the management of these types of programs that we lost focus on the one thing that matters…personal attention to each individual member.

Hence the re-structuring of our staff and programs. Today, we no longer offer group exercises classes at all. Now, once you decide to become a member of our club, this is what you can expect from us.

We resolve that:

  • We will consult with you to ensure we have all the information necessary to safely begin your exercise program at our club (i.e medical history, disabilities, experience level, present physical status, time restraints, goals and expectations).
  • We will spend as much time with you in the gym, one on one, to ensure you are comfortable performing the prescribed exercises safely and with confidence on your own.
  • We will continue to monitor your progress.
  • We will change your program when requested to ensure results are achieved and maintained.

And finally, we resolve to continue to BUILD BETTER LIVES for everyone, but  now we will do it ONE PERSON AT A TIME.
